It is official- Spring is in the air.  This time of year always makes me feel a little frisky.  I can begin to feel the buzz of the neighborhood and the air of excitement as summer approaches.

I am so pleased and excited to announce to all of my readers that HLM Mortgage Company is now FHA approved.  This will allow many of our borrowers to qualify for financing who would not have qualified for conventional financing under the new and stricter guidelines.
