Now is an excellent time to buy.  I am sure you have heard this before from everyone you know, but it truly is the right time!  Rates are at 30 month all time lows and there is a ton of inventory on the market. 

One of my favorite types of borrowers is a first-time home buyer.  There are so many facets to the home buying the process and it can be overwhelming.  I have been in this industry for over 6 years now and I love to share my knowledge with others.  It is so important to know the steps to the home financing process and make sure you are working with a professional who has your best interest at heart.  If you take the time to learn all you can about the process the first time, then the next time you buy a home or refinance, it will not be such a daunting task!
